Getting mission-driven organizations, groups, and companies where they need to go and bringing everyone with them.

We show up for the moments when teams and leaders decide to move forward together.

The work happens between people.

About Our Founder George Zaninovich

I've spent most of my career inside the organizations and communities I now help others navigate — building coalitions, directing programs, leading teams through change, and doing the kind of relational work that doesn't always show up in a job description.

That experience shapes everything about how I work. I'm not an outside expert who parachutes in with frameworks. I get into the room, pay attention to what's actually happening, and stay until something real moves.

My background spans urban and regional planning, experiential education, community organizing, and organizational transformation. I've worked alongside educators, nonprofit leaders, foundations, and mission-driven companies — always at the intersection of culture, equity, and the hard work of getting people to move together.

What People Say

George brings a rare combination of strong relational skills and an inclusive approach to community engagement, making people feel seen, heard, and valued across diverse settings. He shows up with a thoughtful presence that helps bridge perspectives among stakeholders, bringing both compassion and humor into the room. This combination builds trust and makes collaboration not only effective, but genuinely enjoyable.
— Iris Bicksler, Board President Oregon Doula Association
George is the kind of thought partner you want on a project. He sees the bigger picture quickly, finds practical paths forward, and has a way of elevating both the work and the people around him.
— Ani Kame'enui, Director of Advocacy The Clean Economy Project
As a facilitator, George was always responsive to what was happening in the room which is essential to great facilitation. He facilitated in a way that always kept the over-arching goal of the session, never losing the plot, while adapting to the specific needs of the group in the room. Because he was always willing to meet the moment, he kept the momentum going and the group highly engaged
